How Our Service Works:#1Art Gallery At Clearly The 1 is a service that puts people directly in touch with each other and is not liable or responsible for buying, selling, appraising authenticating or inspecting art. #1 Art Gallery simply communicates back and forth between the parties via E-mail, fax, phone or whatever method works for each party,(for that we receive a fee from the seller). All serious / realistic offers (as described by the seller)are transmitted or sent to the sellers for their approval. The buyer will be contacted on the acceptance of their offer and arrangements for payment and pick-up or delivery will be made with the seller and buyer.
